Not in Education or Training: Why Non-Graduates Deserve More Help
Not forgetting that one of this Forum's purposes, is to discuss the jobs and career opportunities for non-graduates, here's another reason why young people aged 16-24, who are not in full time education, need more help:

Following the discussion about tuition fees on BBC 3 s Free Speech programme i agree that all young people who want higher education should be given the financial support to do it. But as commentators on the programme have said, the.massive cost of tuition is still a.major deterrent to people from.lower.income families. Therefore I submit that young people who are put off higher education like this should
